When you submit a form on apexdigi.org, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and business details. We also collect standard usage data (page views, traffic sources) via Google Analytics.

How We Use It

• To respond to your inquiry and scope a potential project
• To follow up on submitted leads within 24 hours
• To send you products or resources you requested
• To notify our team of new submissions via email

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Retention

Form submissions are stored securely in our system (Upstash Redis) for up to two years. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers or payment credentials. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

• Stripe — payment processing (PCI compliant)
• Resend — transactional email notifications
• Upstash Redis — lead and review storage
• ElevenLabs — AI voice agent infrastructure (for website demos and clients who request voice services)

AI Voice Services

If you engage with an Apex Voice agent (either as a demo or as part of a client deployment), audio and conversation text are processed by ElevenLabs to provide the call. ElevenLabs may retain call data according to its settings and policies. Client deployments may also capture leads, summaries, or recordings as described in the applicable service agreement. The website demo does not book appointments or submit leads through the conversation.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us directly.
